Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Avani. This policy outlines our shipping process, timelines, and what you can expect after placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping takes 10 to 15 business days from the date your order ships. Please note this does not include the 3 business day processing window.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 13 to 18 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable promotions (such as free shipping over a certain order value) will be reflected automatically.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the notification.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at support@avanishop.com.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@avanishop.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Contact your local carrier with the tracking number.
  3. Wait 48 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival.

If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@avanishop.com and we'll help resolve the issue.

For packages that arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product, and we will arrange a replacement.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping costs. Customs processing may also extend delivery times beyond the standard window.
